Verscraft is a presentation creation tool that allows you to create video presentations from YAML-based markup (YAML). Features include live preview, video export, and optional AI voice narration.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to distribute spam or malware

You retain ownership of content you create using Verscraft. We retain ownership of the Verscraft platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks.

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

Verscraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
